skintoneai ("Service") provides content about skin tone, personal color, and cosmetic ingredients, together with browser-based self-test tools. Self-test results apply user selections to predefined rules and information; they are not professional diagnoses or advice.
2. Use Conditions
The Service may be used for personal information and reference purposes. Self-test tools do not require photo uploads or account registration.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are prohibited: · Using the Service for illegal activity or to infringe another person's rights · Automated access that places an unreasonable burden on the Service · Disrupting normal operation of the Service · Attempting unauthorized access to the Service's code or systems
4. Limitations of Self-Test Results
Self-test results are reference information based on user-selected answers and generalized criteria. They do not replace advice from a professional beauty consultant or dermatologist, and accuracy is not guaranteed.
5. Intellectual Property
All content within the Service (logos, design, text, tools, and evidence-based articles) is the intellectual property of skintonetest.com. Self-test results may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of Service content is prohibited.
6. Service Changes & Discontinuation
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any damages resulting from such changes or discontinuation.
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.
