1. Information We Process
skintoneai ("Service") does not require account registration and does not directly collect facial photos, names, email addresses, or phone numbers. Answers and results from personal color, skin type, ingredient, and routine tools are processed in your browser and are not sent to an external analysis API. Some convenience features, such as bookmarks, may use your browser's local storage.
2. Automatically Processed Usage Data
Google Analytics may process usage information such as page views, device and browser information, approximate location, and referral source to help us understand site performance. Cloudflare may process access logs and network information to deliver and secure the site. Processing is governed by each provider's privacy policy and applicable law.
3. How Information Is Used
Automatically processed usage information is used only to understand site and content performance, respond to errors and security issues, and improve user experience. The Service does not sell usage information.
4. Third-Party Services
The Service may use the following services for website delivery and usage measurement: · Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, content delivery, and security · Google LLC: usage measurement through Google Analytics Self-test tools do not send photos or answers to OpenAI or Cloudflare AI Gateway.
5. Your Rights and Controls
You can delete or restrict cookies and local storage through your browser settings. You may also request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information processing where applicable.
6. Children
The Service does not collect facial photos or account information. We recommend that children under 14 use the content and self-test tools with guidance from a parent or guardian.
